The County’s Planning Commissions Ad Hoc Committee has worked for years now reviewing. The final draft is expected to be released to the public in the fall of 2025. Below you will find the DRAFT update. There are many public meetings and opportunities to make comments and help shape this draft into what is appropriate for Big Sur.
